WHAT WEEK DO YOU PACK YOUR HOSPITAL BAG?

Try to pack your hospital bag packed and ready for when you are between 32 and 35 weeks pregnant. This means you can relax during the last weeks of your pregnancy, safe in the knowledge that you can simply grab your hospital bag and go if your baby comes early.

WHAT TO PACK IN YOUR HOSPITAL BAG

It’s important to strike a balance between having everything you need and packing too much. The last thing you want once you are in the hospital is having to wade through a tonne of stuff to find the things you need.

Wherever you are planning to birth you are going to need to gather some kit for you, your birth partner and baby/ies for birth day. It is wise to have your kit packed and ready at least 2-3 weeks before your estimated due date.
